1.日本 YASKAWA 伺服控制系統(tǒng)，高防護等級適合惡劣環(huán)境下長期運行。

2.開模后模內(nèi)快速下降取件，模外慢速下降放件，具“快拿輕放”動作功能，實現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定，完美的取出動作。

3.可以在開模后離噴霧最近的地方待機，減短噴霧下降時間，大大提高噴霧周期。

4.可根據(jù)要求在系統(tǒng)內(nèi)增加存儲多套模具噴涂程序，更換模具時直接在人機界面中調(diào)用以前已經(jīng)存儲的程序即可直接使用，使得操作和維護非常方便。

5.采用人機界面觸摸屏，方便對各種參數(shù)進行調(diào)整設(shè)定，具有故障診斷顯示功能，方便后期的故障診斷與維修。

10.噴嘴采用皮囊控制方式（氣控水），可對流量進行精確控制滿足不同產(chǎn)品，不同位置的噴涂需求。采用外混合式噴涂，每模噴涂結(jié)束后在噴嘴處就能實現(xiàn)關(guān)閉噴霧，從而減少了脫模劑的用量，減少了殘留，改善了壓鑄車間的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境。每個噴嘴在噴涂間歇都持續(xù)噴射空氣，加快水分蒸發(fā)，同時防止噴頭滴水，減少水分殘留；噴涂結(jié)束后，還有獨立設(shè)置壓強的強勁噴氣回路，進一步吹走水分和雜質(zhì)。

9.Simultaneous and separate blowing is available for moving die and fixed die. No blowing is performed in the spraying state and no spraying is performed in the blowing state. It has the function of ascending blowing, for blowing while the sprinkler ascends after the spraying work is completed to clean the dirt on the die surface and keep the die surface clean.

10.The nozzle is controlled by leather bag (air-controlled water), which can precisely control the flow rate to meet the spraying needs of different products and different positions. With external mixing spraying, the spraying can be closed at the nozzle after each die is sprayed, thus reducing the consumption of release agent, reducing residues and improving the production environment of the die-casting workshop. Each nozzle continuously sprays air at the spraying interval to speed up the evaporation of water, and prevent the sprinkler from dripping water and reduce the residual water at the same time; after the spraying is finished, the strong air injection circuit with independent pressure setting can be used to further blow away the water and impurities.
