1.采用日本 YASKAWA 伺服電機(jī)，進(jìn)口精密軸承，機(jī)器人用 RV 減速機(jī)。

2.日本進(jìn)口潤滑系統(tǒng)，保證設(shè)備潤滑點(diǎn)穩(wěn)定潤滑，提高直線軌道使用壽命。

3.噴涂完成后，噴霧機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn) 90°?？浚苊鈬婎^組上殘余水滴到模具上。 

4.多軸伺服聯(lián)動，對模具適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)，可調(diào)整不同角度對一些特殊位置如斜面、深腔等部位進(jìn)行噴涂，對復(fù)雜的模具能取得滿意的效果，使用性能及噴涂效果完全可以媲美 6 軸機(jī)器人，投資成本低于噴霧機(jī)器人。

5.控制箱有信號預(yù)留，可與壓鑄機(jī)半自動操作，也可與壓鑄機(jī)、取出機(jī)等連線，成為全自動化設(shè)備。

6.采用人機(jī)界面觸摸屏，各種參數(shù)調(diào)整設(shè)定簡單易懂，具有故障自診斷顯示功能，方便后期的故障診斷與維修。

2.The lubrication system imported from Japan can ensure stable lubrication at the equipment lubrication points, improving the service life of linear rail.

3.After spraying, the sprayer rotates by 90° to stop in order to avoid the possible water dripping from the sprinkler group to the die.

4.With multi-axis servo linkage, this machine is well adapted to the die and can spray some special positions such as oblique plane and deep cavity by adjusting different angles, to achieve a satisfactory effect for complicated die.The service performance and spraying effect can be comparable to 6-axis robot, while the investment cost is lower than that of spraying robot.

5.The control box is reserved with signals for connection with die-casting machine for semi-automatic operation and with die-casting machine and extractor to form fully automatic equipment.

6.The human-machine interface touch screen is used to facilitate the adjustment and setting of various parameters. It has the function of fault diagnosis and display to facilitate subsequent fault diagnosis and repair.
