1.采用日本 YASKAWA 伺服電機，進口精密軸承，機器人用 RV 減速機。

2.日本進口潤滑系統(tǒng)，保證設(shè)備潤滑點穩(wěn)定潤滑，提高直線軌道使用壽命。

3.噴涂完成后，噴霧機旋轉(zhuǎn) 90°?？?，避免噴頭組上殘余水滴到模具上。 

4.多軸伺服聯(lián)動，對模具適應(yīng)性強，可調(diào)整不同角度對一些特殊位置如斜面、深腔等部位進行噴涂，對復(fù)雜的模具能取得滿意的效果，使用性能及噴涂效果完全可以媲美 6 軸機器人，投資成本低于噴霧機器人。

5.控制箱有信號預(yù)留，可與壓鑄機半自動操作，也可與壓鑄機、取出機等連線，成為全自動化設(shè)備。

6.采用人機界面觸摸屏，各種參數(shù)調(diào)整設(shè)定簡單易懂，具有故障自診斷顯示功能，方便后期的故障診斷與維修。

4.With multi-axis servo linkage, this machine is well adapted to the die and can spray some special positions such as oblique plane and deep cavity by adjusting different angles, to achieve a satisfactory effect for complicated die.The service performance and spraying effect can be comparable to 6-axis robot, while the investment cost is lower than that of spraying robot.

5.The control box is reserved with signals for connection with die-casting machine for semi-automatic operation and with die-casting machine and extractor to form fully automatic equipment.

6.The human-machine interface touch screen is used to facilitate the adjustment and setting of various parameters. It has the function of fault diagnosis and display to facilitate subsequent fault diagnosis and repair.
