11.以上噴嘴采用皮囊控制方式（氣控水），可對(duì)流量進(jìn)行精確控制滿足不同產(chǎn)品，不同位置的噴涂需求。皮囊控制，設(shè)備的維護(hù)與清理上是較方便、 成本較低的一種控制方式。采用外混合式噴涂，每模噴涂結(jié)束后在噴嘴處就能實(shí)現(xiàn)關(guān)閉噴霧，大大減少了脫模劑的用量，減少了殘留，提高了壓鑄車(chē)的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境。每個(gè)噴嘴在噴涂間歇都持續(xù)噴射空氣，加快水分蒸發(fā)，同時(shí)防止噴頭滴水，減少水分殘留；噴涂結(jié)束后，還有獨(dú)立設(shè)置壓強(qiáng)的強(qiáng)勁噴氣回路，進(jìn)一步吹走水分和雜質(zhì)。
